Auto-Ranked is a YouTube SEO optimization tool that helps content creators improve their video discoverability through:

• Tag competitiveness ranking and suggestions
• AI-powered title, description, and tag optimization
• YouTube video metadata updates (with user approval)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Google OAuth

You must connect your Google/YouTube account to use Auto-Ranked. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must have a valid YouTube channel
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier

• 4 AI-powered optimizations per month
• Access to ranked tag analysis (beta feature availability may change)
• Access to basic SEO scoring
• 30-day tag ranking cache

4.2 Pro Tier

• Tag ranking analyses without a fixed monthly cap, subject to fair use, system capacity, and abuse prevention
• AI-powered optimizations without a fixed monthly cap, subject to the same limits
• Access to analytics and insights available in the product at the time of your subscription
• Email support on a best-effort basis (no guaranteed response time or resolution)

Plan features are described for convenience and may change. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where practicable.

4.3 Lifetime Tier

• One-time payment for lifetime access (single channel)
• Includes core Pro features at time of purchase
• Feature availability may evolve as the product changes

4.4 Quota Limits

Free tier limits reset each calendar month (UTC). Usage is tracked per account.

5. YouTube API Usage

5.1 YouTube Terms of Service

By using Auto-Ranked, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Serviceand the YouTube API Services Terms.

5.2 Data Access

Auto-Ranked accesses your YouTube data only for the purposes of:

• Analyzing video metadata for SEO optimization
• Providing tag competitiveness insights
• Updating video metadata when you explicitly request and approve changes

5.3 Quota Management

YouTube API has daily quota limits. We implement caching and quota optimization to minimize API usage. During high-traffic periods, some features may be temporarily limited.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to use Auto-Ranked to:

• Generate misleading, clickbait, or deceptive video metadata
• Violate YouTube's spam, deceptive practices, or scam policies
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Manipulate YouTube's algorithm in ways that violate YouTube TOS

6.2 Review AI Suggestions

AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied to your YouTube videos.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that any custom inputs (tags, keywords) comply with YouTube's policies and accurately represent your video content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.0 Auto-Ranked Insights Disclaimer

All optimization scores, recommendations, and rankings shown in Auto-Ranked are calculated by our algorithms and are not provided by YouTube. These insights are for informational purposes only and do not replace official YouTube metrics. A global disclaimer is shown in the app to clarify this distinction.

7.1 No Guaranteed Results

Auto-Ranked provides optimization suggestions based on SEO best practices and AI analysis. However, we do NOT guarantee:

• Increased views, subscribers, or engagement
• Improved YouTube search rankings
• Specific SEO score improvements
• Monetization or revenue increases

YouTube's algorithm is complex and constantly evolving. Video performance depends on many factors beyond SEO optimization.

7.2 Service Availability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any minimum uptime, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable or degraded due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• YouTube API quota limits
• Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Google, Render, Vercel)
• Technical issues, bugs, or updates
• Actions by third parties (including Google/YouTube policy or API changes)

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT RESULTS FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

7.4 Data Accuracy

We use YouTube API and AI models to provide insights. While we strive for accuracy:

• Tag ranking data may be cached (up to 30 days)
• AI suggestions are generated algorithmically and may not be perfect
• SEO scores are estimates based on known ranking factors

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Auto-Ranked Ownership

Auto-Ranked and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your YouTube videos and metadata. By using Auto-Ranked, you grant us a limited license to:

• Analyze your video metadata for optimization purposes
• Store your data in our database for service functionality
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms

8.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated suggestions (titles, descriptions, tags) are provided as recommendations. Once applied to your videos, they become part of your content and you are responsible for them.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO-RANKED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• YouTube channel strikes, suspensions, or terminations
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service (if any)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto-Ranked from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Your video content or metadata
• Your use or misuse of AI-generated suggestions

11. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change subscription pricing or fees, with reasonable notice where practicable and as required by applicable law
• Update quota limits for free tier
• Introduce new features or services

We may notify users of significant changes via email, in-app notice, or by updating this page, where practicable. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where required by law, we will obtain consent or provide notice as applicable. Otherwise, continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes may constitute acceptance. We may provide notice of material changes through:
